How We Verify Deals
A deal is only worth your time if it actually works. Here is the honest, step-by-step process behind every deal published on CouponsKing.
1. Community posting with moderation
Every deal on CouponsKing is posted by a community member. Posts from registered merchants and trusted members go live immediately; first-time posts from unregistered merchants go into a moderation queue where our team reviews them before they become publicly visible.
2. Link & merchant validation
When a deal is posted, the affiliate link is checked to make sure it points at a real, supported merchant. Misleading, broken, or off-site links are rejected automatically before a deal is published.
3. Price drop checks
For price-driven deals, we compare the listed price against recent price history. Deals that are not actually a meaningful discount — or that are manipulated to look cheaper than they are — are filtered out rather than promoted.
4. Expired deals get flagged & removed
Deals can expire. Anyone can report an expired deal with one click, and a member of our team reviews every report. Once confirmed, the deal is clearly marked as expired and stops appearing in listings and search results, so you never click through to a dead offer.
5. Community reports
Our community is our first line of defence. Users can report expired deals and questionable content directly, and each report is reviewed by a human before any action is taken.
6. Honest pricing
We show the original (MRP/listing) price and the deal price side by side, so you can always see the real discount. If a “deal” is not actually a discount, we do not promote it as one.
What We Do NOT Do
- We never fabricate discounts or inflate original prices to make a deal look better.
- We never cloak or redirect your affiliate links — links stay exactly as the poster provided them.
