1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CouponsKing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. By using CouponsKing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account via Google Sign-In.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Posting Deals

  • You may only post deals for products you genuinely believe offer value.
  • You must use your own affiliate links. You may not post links belonging to others without permission.
  • You must not post misleading, fraudulent, or expired deals.
  • You must not post deals for illegal, prohibited, or adult products.
  • Duplicate deals for the same product will be merged; you can add your affiliate link to existing deals.

5. Affiliate Links & Commissions

Your affiliate links are stored exactly as provided. We never modify, cloak, or redirect them. You earn 100% of commissions directly from merchants. We are not responsible for commission tracking, payment, or disputes with merchants.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Rewarded Ads

Certain actions (posting deals, revealing coupons) may require watching rewarded ads. This helps keep the platform free. You may not use automated tools to bypass ad requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) violate any laws; (b) interfere with the service; (c) use bots, scrapers, or automation; (d) impersonate others; (e) post spam or misleading content; (f) attempt to bypass security measures.

7. Intellectual Property

CouponsKing and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee deal accuracy, availability, or commission payments. Merchants control their affiliate programs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or commissions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your deals may remain on the platform for community value.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City/State].

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
